10 Things to Know Before Your Paris Airport Transfer

1. Book Before You Fly
Booking your transfer in advance locks in a fixed price and guarantees your driver will be waiting — even if your flight arrives early. Same-day bookings are possible but subject to availability during peak season.
2. Share Your Full Flight Details
Including your airline, flight number, and terminal when booking means your driver tracks your aircraft in real time. Landed 45 minutes early? Your driver adjusts. Delayed by bad weather? They wait at no extra charge.
3. Meet & Greet — How It Works
Your driver will be in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name. At CDG, the meeting point varies by terminal — you'll receive detailed instructions in your booking confirmation exactly where to look.

4. Luggage & Child Seats
All vehicle types are available — standard saloons for couples, minivans for families with prams and oversized luggage, and minibuses for groups. Child seats and booster seats are available free of charge when requested at booking.

- CDG → Paris City Centre: 40–70 min
- CDG → Versailles: 55–75 min
- CDG → Parc Astérix: 20–35 min

6. Payment — Fixed and Simple
All prices are fixed at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by card online, or cash to the driver. There are no tolls, no surcharges for luggage, no waiting fees for delayed flights, and no hidden extras.
7. Return Transfers
Book both legs together for the smoothest experience. For hotel pickups, your driver will confirm the meeting point the evening before. For Disneyland, we recommend scheduling pickup 3 hours before your flight departure.
